Robert Buchalter & Associates

I arrived to my appointment slightly late because the area does not offer enough parking. The day before I was told to email my paperwork specifically to Dr. Buchalter's email address. As I get in his room, he claims he never has received any emails. From my phone I try to show him I in fact did send the paperwork and my release to him. He refuses to even look at my phone and has me exit his room. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a customer. He then thinks I will come back to him in 2 weeks! DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU GO TO THIS GROUP! They STILL made me pay a co pay. I will not be returning. If you are thinking about using this group do NOT use him. He does not follow through with his job and still thinks he should get paid.

Horrible every time. You will see Buchalter for your first appointment, and after that they'll just push you off on a newer, more inexperienced nurse practitioner every time.

To be fair, I didn't see Dr. Buchalter. I met with his Nurse Practitioner twice, though, and I have nothing nice to say about the experience. English was obviously not her native language, which is a huge obstacle in field like psychiatry. She was extremely rude and was unable to answer even the most basic questions I had for her.She kept trying to push anti-depressents on me even though I told her repeatedly that I was not interested in them and that depression was not why I was seeing her. I've seen my fair share of unhelpful medical people in the past, but Agata is by far the worst. You may as well flush your money down the toilet.
