Brought my daughter here for her care and Shoshanna just put words in her mouth and talked to me like I was a child.after first visit my daughter said to me I don't like the way Shoshanna made her feel about herself and sure didn't like the way she spoke to me ,she begged me not to take her back to vertava health,which I won't, didn't help her mental stability one bit .Please do not take your child to this place.

I had no choice but to stop going to them back in July due to losing my insurance. But now that I got my insurance back,I decided to make an appointment. First red flag was when they told my psychiatrist is no longer there. Second red flag was when I was having trouble getting to them over the phone. Will not be coming back. I have already gotten an appointment in a few days to see someone else. 4:37PM 11/14/23 Update: Ok my Last review was two weeks ago. But Im updating after making another appointment with them after I didnt like my new psychiatrist and how she made me feel worse coming out of her facility (she was really nice but never listened to me). Ok on yesterday morning, i decided to call Vertava after leaving the other mental health facility. When the lady picked up the phone, I noticed her voice! I knew exactly who she was and she off the back knew who I was. It made my day. Not only that but she got me in for an appointment THE NEXT DAY!!!! Like what the heck!!! I was so happy that I cried. Ive been off my meds for a while and been having panic attacks/seizures. Mr.Adams practically saved my life today. Praying now that I have my medications, I can have them less now. Giving them 5 again!

I made an appointment here WEEKS ago and I went in today; told them I had an appointment they then told me that the doctor who I scheduled an appointment with no longer worked there so my appointment was canceled. I was given no call, text, or email about this and they even had my number on file. They just didnt call me at all. They gave me the option to schedule another appointment, but it wasnt for well over a month. I am in desperate need for medication and it didnt seem like they cared at all. I will not be returning. Horrible way to treat a new client without even being seen by a doctor.

Very unprofessional. Been trying to get in for months. I wanted my formal therapist and they told me it wouldnt be a problem knowing he was leaving. Never called me back to try and get me seen by another therapist. Finally got an appointment. I was never told to the location moved so I ended up going to the wrong location. I called the office and asked if I needed to reschedule due to me having to work at 9:15. Julie told me that she sent the office a message to make sure Im done in time to make it to work. Make it to the new office for the lady at the front desk to get rude and tell me I need to reschedule because I wont be done in time and if I would have made my appointment on time I would be out on time. I explained to the lady that I wasnt informed about the new location. The lady said rudely, Weve been here since May. I asked the lady how am I suppose to know that if I havent been seen. I felt like I was just a number and not a person. I will be going somewhere else.
