Urban property is horrible to rent from they never answer phone calls and when you need them to fix things in the house it takes them so long to come and fix it. I would never recommend to anyone!!!!

The application process was terrible and the turn around time was so long. they will deny you for no good reasons at all and they dont allow co signers either (URBAN PROPERTY)

My name is Wandalyn Simpson and since September of last year this property has been a nightmare. I requested that Cynthia return only for her to ssk me to move the following month because she thought she could just ask me to leave for no reason. Now she is messingup my name by not allowingme to pay. Look at her motive. I have evidence she help tenants. . I was never given a reason for this action. She hasn't answered any of my service request. She is using the power you guys are giving her and the reviews prove the obvious. I will not allow her to run me away, I will fight my case. She is Allegedly doing all of this out of spite because she is miserable and running after my brother who doesn't want her. When I requested her back it's because I thought she was a solid person. I have 7 statements from pass and present tenant that can valid my concern. She is not fit for the job because she retaliate when she doesn't like you. I have my documents proving she has violated my rights as a tenant. The apartment needs major work and because I lost my contract because of this situation I will be addressing as I continue to wait for my court date. Cynthia only helps men that she deal with. Look at the setup. Basically single men. Which she, I know because she is dealing with my brother and his service calls are answered always. I'm not backing down I did nothing wrong but stood my grown. She is very bad for business and I will continue collecting information until she is gone. She help who she like when she like them. I got in there because of her. The rest I will present in court. I will prove she isn't right for business. Every guy on my roll, meaning where my apartment is has Allegedly dealt with her including my brother. I have spoken to at least 4 that has. But the say she is always in a bad mood. She sent me a message to move my truck because it hasn't moved since rhe holidays. Business is slow. I am a contractor that truck runs the road. I can't go over the road because of court. I'm losing money daily. She knows what I do. Her son worked for me until he wrecked my vehicle then I fired him. She sends emails promising work being done and it never happens. I have bugs in my apartment very bad and was told Dec 6th. That dated came and gone. The law states that we must stay in a safe and healthy environment. It's not being done. This is my 3rd complaint.
