        They took over from my last rental company and qhen i say i cant stand them.They send out eviction notice on the 12th day you late.When you sign a fresh lease they make you a pay stupid benefits package a extra 46 a month.(Which have not been beneficial to me at all,they have not been reporting to the credit bureau)Make people buy it,I can go and buy my own air filters,the store is only 8 minutes away for 6 dollars..They also make you pay 300 when you renew your lease.Sorry Landlord but i will be moving out when this new lease is over.So MANY FEES on top rent and they make you pay it all on the 1st or here comes a late fee.

        They took over my landlord and i hate these guys.They do not work with you.Will try to evict you any chance they get. I pay for a benefit package that suppose to report to the credit bureau but they dont.Matter of fact I haven't benefit from the package since I been here.
