    I have been asking Mid-South Best Rental to have trees cut that's hanging over the power lines,and roof of our home on Warren Street and also bug's are in our home from the tree limbs hanging and limbs all over our yard and cars and they haven't done anything about it.I can have the tree cut my self for 900.00 and not pay the rent of 795.00.Even Swap ain't no Swindle.Tired of calling them tree making my yard lookbad.

    This is the worst company to ever rent from. They made up all kind of charges to keep from returning a deposit. They charged $7.00 for a light bulb as if they don't go out. I stayed there for 2 years & I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY!!

    Terrible management. Mynd took over our home management from another company and refuse to manage our property and community. Common areas are all overgrown, the property looks terrible and occupancy went from 80% to 50% in just 2 months. Additionally, they bill us once every few months for all of our utilities. So randomly, every few months, we owe basically a second rent and they will not allow us to put utilities in our name. This company is unethical and I would highly encourage you to avoid living in their properties. I wish I would've followed the lead of my neighbors and moved out as well.

    Just looking at the other reviews tells all...this company has no business staying in business. They add fees anywhere they can and should try and treat their own families the same way they treat the people who pay their incomes!

    Update, they have allowed me to get out lease UPDATE I've have a burglary/home invasion 3 times the past week..2 with myself & my daughter being in bed asleep.. after investigating over a week police & deceives called this person a cat burglar & hus goal is sexual & or assalt...Mynd says that's not grounds to want to move out home or break lease...a lease I just signed & had a week or so mor to sign, but they begged me to sign early.....my safety & life is at risk & I now have no place to call home or lay my head...H NO I WOUNOT RECOMMEND ANY NOT CARING ABOUT ONEA SAFETY THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! My 1st 6 months in home I was able to get someone on the phone & out to fix things....since then it takes forever...after waiting since April & 15 vendors calling settings up full appointments to come to my home only to no show...today finally after months someone comes & appears to be a random person off the street to me...they told me they were nit affiliated with the vendor that didn't show yesterday, but Mynd says they are...I haven't been able to get the manager Britney on the phone for a while now & I'm told they don't know or have access to owner my home is nice, yet one bathroom has given me the blues for over a year...the 1st vendors were also to me random ppl off the street with no liscence to do anything...they even broke the toilet bowl & pretended someone broke in my home & broke the toilet...NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE..I'm convinced the good reviews I do see are upon recently moving in a home from Mynd.
