    Dont try to come on here like I lived nasty because I DONT and DIDNT , the two small holes that youre stating about one on the master room door and one small one and the hallway the house was in good condition when I left, I cleaned that house when I left it. The only thing I left in the house for yall was the tv mounts on the wall because I couldnt get them down myself. Also the carpet was not mishandled at ALL the time I stay there (three years) it was only me and my son. Whats crazy to me is you will go back and forward on a review app with people that had experiences with you guys and letting others no how yall treat people, because they definitely not lying, you guys never pick up the phone I only could reach yall through the portal app, you never fixed things which is why I moved because mold was growing in the master bathroom and yall did nothing about it but send Jake out and he told me to spray mold spray on it and it should wash off. The was the last straw for me. I sent them my 30 day notice and ask for my deposit back after I left when my 30 days was up, which was $1500 and they refused I would never rent from them again and just letting you guys know how my experience was with them. And for bluff city yes I would be giving you guys a call again since now you want to talk and please email those pictures to my email because I my mines as well

Ms. Cathey, I am sorry that you do not agree with our deposit return policy. Your lease clearly states that the tenant is responsible for any damage that is not considered normal wear and tear. Holes in walls and doors, excessive wall damage and debris are not part of "normal wear and tear". Additionally, the carpet was installed just before you moved in. All damage to carpet would have occurred during your tenancy. If you have any further questions, or would like for us to provide photos of the property upon move out, please contact the office. Ms Cathey, attached is a link to the post move-out pictures. The bathroom damage is from excessive moisture build-up, that is tenant negligence for not using the fan or letting the excess moisture out and is a tenant responsibility. There are more than 2 holes, cabinet doors are damaged, walls are damaged, there is water damage from your washing machine, debris in the utility closet, shed, house and yard among other things.
