        I'll advise anyone to be aware. Today was my first time speaking with a representative(Laura) from this company and unfortunately wasn't as professional and pleasant as I thought it would be. I received incorrect information from the company's actual site and the representative in which I only spoke to once over the phone. I tried calling her back pertaining to the incorrect deposit amount on the application and the false self schedule showing, she didn't answer. Seem to be when I started asking questions and needed more ACCURATE information she became rude and unprofessional through texts messages. I would NEVER do business with this company.

        I applied for 8958 Smith Ranch Dr. over a month or so ago and have not received any response. I sent an email previously and spoke with Autumn who told me I was missing documents. I then uploaded those documents to her on January 16,2024 and have not heard anything back. From what I can tell my credit was not ran. I have called the office several times and have not gotten an answer from anyone in no department. I have also reached out to Autumn via phone and email and still no response. This company I do not recommend.

        Saw a house on zillow and asked a question.They responded with application is on our website like i didnt know that.Never answered my question.When a company dont show the effort in the beginning believe them.
