Your company just took over Colona House in East Moline, IL. My friends got many papers of rules they need to follow. No candles, no extension cords, no this, no that! It is terrible! These people that live there have mental & physical problems, this has made their problems worse! The news would love this! Kimberly from Coventry, your other property that she runs is terrible! No one is thinking of the people already there. Do you know they have no activities in the community room? Look into this mess, I sure am! know they have no activities in the community room?

I am really concerned about the St. Clair Villa located in Bridgeville, Pa. The staff is very unorganized. They are rude and most of the time they are never on the premise .. always in the other bldg. They send out letters to the residents of when inspection will be or when a contractor will arrive and no one shows up. The staff is unaware of who is on the premises at any time. The community room does not have a television for the residents to enjoy . Staff told residents to deal with it! Silver Tree has removed the storage room on the upper level and it now sits empty , so all the residents have to keep all of their holiday bins & extra belongings in their small apt which takes up more room and is a hazard. The windows are filthy dirty and most dont open bc they are very old casement windows . The website is wrong regarding the amenities .. there is 1 large community room: not 2 and no dining room. Furniture has been removed from the front foyer area.. residents decorate the foyer with flowers to make it look welcoming - the staff should be making the property look inviting or the silver tree management; not the residents . The elevator breaks every other week and the residents on the upper floors with wheel chairs or walkers cannot get down to the outside in case of an emergency . Most residents have lived there before it was owned by Silvertree and had the storage unit and a television in the community room Seems like Silvertree doesnt care about needs for the residents .. its all about the $$$$! Wonder if the Silvertree management would place their family members in these type of facilities to live out their last years with stress and daily unknowns. Where is the empathy and compassion for our Seniors who have worked hard through their years and now they just want peace & understanding ? None of the residents want to say anything bc they fear they will be evicted or written up so they sit silent .. is that fair? Pathetic how Silvertree has no compassion for their residents .

Tammy, Thank you for sharing your concerns about St. Clair Villa. Your feedback is invaluable to us in our ongoing effort to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our residents. We would like to address the specific issues you have raised: We are committed to efficient and courteous service. Our staff operates out of two buildings to ensure comprehensive coverage of all areas. We understand the inconvenience caused by missed appointments and are working diligently to make sure our vendors show up when they are scheduled. Community Room and Amenities: The decision to remove the television and adjust furniture in the community room was in response to resident feedback, aiming to provide space for holiday decorations and social gatherings. We have filled the space with smaller furniture to accommodate their requests and keep the space a place for our residents to gather. Elevator Reliability: We recognize the importance of having a fully operational elevator, especially for residents with mobility challenges. The recent elevator malfunction was an isolated incident and was resolved quickly. Ensuring its reliability remains a priority for us.Empathy and Compassion: We are dedicated to creating a supportive and empathetic environment for our residents. It's disheartening to hear that your experience has not reflected this, and we will take steps to reinforce our commitment to our residents' wellbeing.Resident Concerns and Communication: We encourage open and honest communication with our residents and we value our residents' voices and are committed to providing a safe and supportive channel for communication. We are grateful for your family's residency at St. Clair Villa and are dedicated to making it a place you are proud to call home. We welcome the opportunity to discuss these matters further with you and encourage you to reach out to our management team directly. Ensuring your peace, understanding, and satisfaction is our top priority.
