Really bad customer service. I will call, start a question, and they'll cut me off without letting me finish. Will not answer my calls when I am trying to get an answer even though their general maintenance line never answers & the other maintenance line is outsourced and they aren't equipped to provide an answer. Super slow getting to stuff. Maintenance team will come into unit without warning when you submit a request even though they have an email & phone number option on the request. Overall the team is very rude when I try to inquire about basic things. Will not be renting from Revid again.

One of the worst property management companies I've dealt with. Anyone I have spoken to has an extremely bad attitude. My toilet and many other things are still broken. Poor quality property management. Steer clear.

Revid is an awesome company and helped fix my pipes for a good cost and they did it quick!
