Memphis Plumbing, Drain & Sewer Cleaning

After experiencing a sewer blockage, I called up yet another plumber. After two hours, they still hadn't fixed the problem, and I couldn't flush my toilets. I contacted Memphis Plumbing and they arrived first thing the following morning. The technician's name was Anthony, and he was really helpful, courteous, and reassuring. He tackled the problem head-on and single-handedly put my home back on track. Then they cleaned up the place beautifully, unlike the previous firm. From the dispatchers to John, everything was wonderful. Very greatly appreciated.

My wife frequently waters our thirsty plants, so we required a new bib on our front faucet. Anthony, whom I later found got his start when he was just a teenager, was sent to us by Memphis Plumbing. It was plain to see. We were satisfied with the outcomes because of his expertise and professionalism. The maintenance was completed promptly that very day.

After Thanksgiving, I had a problem with a clogged sink. After leaving messages for two plumbers I had employed before, I still hadn't heard back from them four days later. On a Sunday, I placed a call to Anthony, the plumber. On Monday, they were available. The problem was addressed, the technician arrived on schedule, and there was constant, clear contact at every stage. After resolving the issue, extra care was taken to maintain a tidy and secure space. Caleb did a great job. Strongly suggest. Superb assistance!!!

Anthony spent the time to carefully inspect my basement's facilities to ensure they met all the requirements for a ruff inn. He went into great depth about the costs and his plans. His assistance to clients was outstanding. He offered design advice that enhanced the space's functionality. The Customer service and the care given to each individual order were outstanding. I'd jump right into the project if I had the funds for it, in which case I felt very at ease.
