Maybe you should hire people who drive a bit more safely? I saw your tacky pink truck on Bartlett Rd just south of Sycamore View just minutes ago pull something awful. Trash collection was underway. Your driver turned onto the road and ignored the man with trash cans in the street and just drove like the lane was wide open. Nevermind that the trash collector and his coworker on the truck were both communicating loudly to your employee to slow down and maybe not run anybody over. The flashing yellow caution lights didn't seem to phase him, either. Your driver should be ashamed of himself. Especially since he didn't alter at all and just kept on like it was business as usual.

I would not call this company again. In November 2023, we called them out to give an estimate to connect a gas line. The person onsite gave us an "ESTIMATE" of $325. Clearly this company or owner don't know what the word estimate means, but just in case, it is a, "approximate calculation" of what a job may cost - could be more, could be less. Only 1 man worked on this job, while the other remained outside the entire time. They left to get a part, which later we confirmed with the other contractor onsite was NOT the main part to do the job (which we paid the original contractor for), but a small pipe (which, honestly, they should've had in their van). The job itself, including "leaving to get a small pipe" last from 10:48am - 11:53 am, or 1 hour and 5 minutes as shown on our security cameras. The 2 men sat in their van, feet propped up on personal phones for nearly an hour following and charged us the full $325 (which we thought initially included the main piece to complete the job, but didn't. Again, the original contractor provided and billed us for). When I inquired, the owner said they charge $135 an hour. Despite providing her a complete timeline including security camera proof, she would not refund us the overcharged amount. This job SHOULD have cost $146.25, plus the cost of the pipe and any additional upcharge for obtaining it. We will be doing a major plumbing upgrade in the next 6 months in the thousands and will definitely NOT be calling this company to provide any, ahem, ESTIMATES or services. BEWARE, BE SPECIFIC, BE DILIGENT with these guys.
