        Ahmed was amazing, I went in with severe back pain and unable to touch my toes. Ahmed assessed my situation and gave me non intimidating exercises that fit my workout plan. With his help my back pain is gone and my wife told me my core has never looked better and can see a six pack!

        I would highly recommend Time Out Physical Therapy, Dr. Ahamed have the Athlete perspective, I had a shoulder rotator cuff injury for years and now I`m pain free after doing dry needling and the prescribed exercises.

        I would highly recommend Time Out. My Shoulder is feeling lot better and stronger. Time Out not only helped me with my recovery but also strengthening my shoulder. Dr Ahmed is great! The best part I like about Ahmed is that he makes sure you are still actively working out though you are injured.
