        I booked an appointment for 645pm 11-29-23. At Wolfchase e got there it took me 30 minutes to even get recognized then after waiting till they said the store was closing the manager told us she could not take our pictures because it was closing time then offered $25 off. I had my grandson that is 9months old and my granddaughter that is 4 months old Both was getting cranky and tired which is why I booked the appointment for 645 so they could get home and eat and get baths and ready for bed. The manager was not communicating during the whole process. I have been coming here to get pictures done since my daughter was pregnant but I will not be returning now. The manager also said we can come in anytime but they could not honor my coupon and they are booked till after Christmas. This was suppose to be memories for my grandchildren especially their first Christmas. What a shame jc pennys
