Me and my family have been going here for years. They primary doctors who've been there for so long will treat you like family. The rude lines are normally the rookies who don't know what to expect. But do expect some wait time because they have to carefully evaluate everyone. They rank #3 in memphis for best clinic facility. You will also see a bunch of different characters, ignorant, nice, I mean that's life. But the staff are the most kind hearted. I'd recommend them to anyone who's willing to have patience in knowing you will be seen.

My husband has been in pain even after he told Dr. Hicks what was going on he sent my husband back to work in pain after he took an m.r.i and never gave him his results instead he went out of town instead of forwarding results to his primary physician i would not refer anyone to this office ever its sad my husband is still in pain this day

Idk if Dr.Mosby is just aging and forgetting but shes not doing her job properly and the staff is bad how you have a appointment one day and dont get your prescriptions UNTIL 2 WEEKS AFTER THE FACT ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CALL ABOUT MEDICATION MY MOTHER HAD TO KEEP CALLING FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND THEY JUST NOW STARTING TO SEND THE PRESCRIPTIONS IN FINDING A NEW DOCTOR FOR HER SOON
