HORRIBLE! The customer service you receive is trash. Called several times just to speak to many different people that didnt have a clue about my prescription. After calling several times, I made a decision to physically come into the store to receive the proper help. There are also long lines in the Pharmacy at this location. It made it easy for customers to become disgruntled behind me. After speaking with a few others in line, they agreed that this location is horrible. The clerk working at the front of the store even said that customers consistently complain about the same thing. I wont be back here again. Super disappointed and irritated.

This is a good example of what happens in late-stage capitalism when the free market gets reduced to a duopoly or trioply. I go here bc I have no other reasonable choice. Workers are well-meaning but understaffed and stuck with poor computer systems. Always a wait for medicine. Never easy.

ABSOLUTE Worst Walgreens.. **SPOILER ALERT** Go to CVS instead. The entire place feels like tetanus embodied. You walk up to a filthy exterior.. roof panels are rusted out, just dirty. The interior looks like someone used the same wet mop to clean it since the store opened and never changed the water. Grimy, just feels gross. The pharmacy has pills and filled bottles all over the floor. I counted at least 6 people feverishly working "in the back" with one lady doing both drive-thru and walk-in counter.. she - moved - like - molasses - stuck - in - time. No one else even recognized the line that was 5 deep in front of the pharmacy counter until 15-20 minutes passed, easily. Yes, even the sparkly dressed pharmacists. I turned and asked all the people behind me if this lack of service was normal. One lady looked at me, closed her eyes, and said "yes" as if defeated. My God, there are other places to fill your scripts, people! The main checkout at the front of the store needs 3 self checkout terminals and one manual checkout station. The lady at the front was painfully slow and chatty. This 1983 checkout has got to go. All the employees looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. I'm guessing this store is regionally/remotely managed. Otherwise, this store manager needs to get gone. Maybe the regional manager, too. Walgreens, do yourself a favor: tear this place down and rebuild new. Hire new people. I'm a CVS customer and made the mistake of stopping here with a ridiculously quick question about and purchase for lozenges. GO TO CVS INSTEAD!!

visit at 825pm CST to drop off a #FedEx @fedex Envelope. there was nobody at the photo/fedex area. one stock person asked if i could help (young girl with colored hair, very kind).i told her i needed to drop off package. she called on intercom for "TODD", after 5 minutes i hear her asking other employees for "TODD" after another 5 minutes another intercom call for "TODD". finally 5 minutes later (approx 15 min from first call)a person whom i assume as TODD walks behind the counter and mumbles something that i presume was 'help you'. He didnt look up or at me or apologize for any wait. after i said i needed to drop off he scanned the package and then stated it will get picked up tomorrow. I decided to take the package back to drop off at a box which i trusted more than TODD. who didnt have a badge and never said any other words or looked at me. Horrible representation of Walgreens and FedEx. bring in the kiosks
