    Worst pharmacy to deal with. They screw up every month when filing and shipping my meds. Had a "supervisor" named Claudia today that literally cut off every single sentence when I spoke. Totally unprofessional.

    I have been on hold for over 1 1/2 hours waiting on a customer rep to get back to me about my billing inquiry for my specialty Rx. I finally hung up and called back-again a long hold without any help. I thought I would try the online chat session and it is not available currently. Im not sure who is in charge of their customer service representatives, but they really need to let someone know if they have been on hold for such a long period of time what is going on. I honestly think that they just put me on hold and forgot about me or did not want to help me with my issue. The music is horrible and it is shameful to not value the time of your customers. If it was not for the requirement to used your services as my specialty pharmacy, I would never do so. Unfortunately, I do not have the option to use another service for my Rx. If you have the option to choose another companyI highly recommend going with someone who actually wants to assist their customers with ongoing issues. It took months to get the issues with my Rx fixed before in January 24 and now I have to start that process all over again. So frustrated!

    For Anyone this helps: It sucks we have to do this when many of us are in pain... 1. Insurance Approval 2. Copay Card via manufacturer 3. Call Accredo with card info 4. Call Copay assistance program with card info (relying on Accredo to do this can result in more delays) 5. Wait for Accredo to process info 5. Place order through Accredo

    AS SOME ONE WHO WORKS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD, I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE INSURANCE OR PHARMACY TO DEAL WITH. LITTERALLY NEVER COMUNICATE WITH THE OFFICE OR PT AND CONSITANTLY CAUSE LAPSE IN CARE.
