        Im not sure why the pharmacy is not open today. Banks are open and on its website it says they are open.

        I want to like this place but like many local businesses in memphis it has poor customer service. They always tell me to call to make sure prescriptions can be filled before I arrive which I do each time but I always end up waiting 40+ minutes for two prescriptions to be filled. Today I after 45 minutes of waiting and kindly asking the woman at the front desk if I could get an ETA on my prescriptions - because again they werent filled after I called hours in advance - I was told that only one person was working today and theres no way of her knowing how long it could take. Most folks I know dont have an hour to kill on any given week day. Not every employee is like this. Most are kind and patient but Ive experienced this this last handful of times Ive come to Madison.
