        Tommy was a terrific trainer that I worked with for over a year. I was concerned about a lower back injury but he designed our workouts with this in mind, and we went a year free without any injuries. He also made working out so easy, didn't have to think about what the day looked like...he designed each day for us, and made it effortless. If you are in Memphis, Tommy Gerber is the choice for Personal Training.
