All About Kids Pediatric Dentistry

Just literally was texting for my son to get his crown put back on Karen calls me and tells me that Dr. C is not in the states and cant glue my son crown back in until the 18th or the 24th. Now mind you in the text messages I asked several times before she answered my question. I had to tell her she disregarded my question multiple times. I told her that those dates will not work for me because we will be out of town until Feb. I stated so yall dont have any emergency appointments like yall voice recording states. She states yea we do but for a crown thats not considered an emergency. How is a childs crown being off not considered an emergency when the child can break the tooth or more decay can build up on the tooth? I asked her to have Dr. Courtney to give me a call she stated that Dr. Courtney will not be calling me. I asked her why? She stated when she gets back that she will be going into sedation cases and on Wednesday she is completely booked. She could have Porshia give me a call back. I said so yall can do the work but cant get the kids back in to fix it. Her exact words was no its not yall you acting like its me!! I told her I aint acting because Im telling you!! How are you apart of a team and take yourself out the equation when you work there as well. She started getting smart I said this is what wants me to take my child else were because of this. She states ok I will have Porshia to call you and I will cancel his other appointment. I stated what appointment she stated his cleaning appointment. I say did I ask you to cancel his cleaning appointment? She states well since you stated that you would find him some where else to go! At that point I lost it cause what the hell do you mean. I stated that this is what makes me wanna find my child somewhere else to go. Mind you Im sitting right in front of the dentist that I work for as well. She stated and I bet hes looking at you like whats going on. I stated no hes looking at my phone trying to understand why you cant get him, and why is the doctor to busy to call her patients back! I informed her that I was going to write a review and that her phone call was definitely being recorded and my co workers was around listening to the foolishness that she was saying to me. She then gone tell me Im treating her like something. I told her I aint in her face to treat you like anything! She stated Im being really mean after I told her she was trying to be smart with me on the phone and I told her that my doctor was listening as well. I told her to have Porshia to call me back and dont ask me nothing else. She continued to ask me questions about my sons cleaning appointment after she stated that she would ask Dr. Nesbitt could she fit him on her schedule and Porshia to call me back. I asked her do she know when she stated she dont know. SMH this is so sad my son has to be in pain to get a crown seated.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! THE DOCTORS ARE RUDE, THE STAFF IS RUDE. THEY JUST MADE MY SISTER QUIT BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE MEAN GIRLS! THE WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS EVER!

Brought my daughter in today to get her cap cemented back on. It came off about a month after it getting put in. She was scared and didn't want to feel dizzy again like last time. When she came back out she was upset and said they had to lock her down, which that part is understandable. The part that bothers me so bad is the fact that they told her she wasn't getting a prize today. I guess because she was upset, but that would only make her more scared next time. We won't be coming back and I'll be calling tomorrow because I didn't know until after I left that they told her she wasn't getting a prize. Who tells a 5 year old that?
