        Worst place to park the. Had to park 2 trailers, agreed on leaving own trailer for 90 mins mins to bring the other 2. Ended up on paying for 2 todays 40$ (Dropped at 23.42, Picked up at 01.15) Then the when had to PU the 2nd trailer back, GS claimed that the trailer was parked illegally and was not checked in by them. (Luckily took a picture of the check in slip when dropped the trailer, however was forced to wait till morning as the supervisor didn't PU his phone, so additionally for that wait they made us pay additionally 20$ for another day.) Would rate - 5 if could. Very unprofessional staff.

      Aravan,I'm sorry you had this experience at Assure Parking. We have changed our pricing structure so that the first 24 hours is $20 rather than $20 per calendar day. We also now have a rolling on call phone so that someone would be available to take care of your second concern without you having to wait until the morning. I hope you'll give Assure Parking another chance the next time you need parking in the Memphis area.

      Latif,I'm sorry you had this experience. We have changed our pricing structure in the last year so that the first 24 hours costs $20 rather than $20 per calendar day. We've also streamlined processes so that the gate is much faster.I hope you'll give Assure Parking another chance the next time you need parking in the Memphis area.
