Scheduled an appointment 5 days out and had it cancelled at the last minute with zero explanation. Wasted 5 days waiting for nothing. Won't ever be using this company again.

Booked an appointment which was fulfilled in under 7 hours, great... unfortunately the repair on my fridge failed after 2 days. This could have been from a faulty part or lack of adequate assessment. The repair is still under warranty it took 10 days, 8 phone calls, 3 booked and cancelled appointments to finally get a technician back. They said they had to run a new estimate and that the company would contact me "soon". It's been 3 days. Unfortunately this company has a massive deficit of technicians in the DMV area. Follow up of service is deficient, if it wasn't for me calling, I wouldn't be contacted. Edited for company response: The account is under Jose Pastran. Service standards were not met due to operational deficiencies from the company. The techs who came to my house were kind, good service, but lacked follow up and accountability. I will not be calling back. Service: Refrigerator repair
