I’ve been seeing Paul Randolph at this clinic since 2018 when I miscarried my twins at 10wks. I’ve never had a problem with this clinic and never been treated wrong or in no other way but respect! Until his wife came back. The way she talks to you the way she answer the phone she is rude as hell & I just hung up in her face because instead of listening and fixing a problem she coughed and cut me off talking Over me! I have the right to ask if he’s going to be there when I had a appt Thursday and no one was there!! If you get a attitude over a question like that then you need to find another career! Was it not u who called me for info on how Paul was going out of network? I’m the 1 that helped with that because y’all didn’t even know!! & I’ll be damned if I take disrespect from anybody there! Y’all set appts then no one shows to open the damn clinic nor do they call to reset the appt but you want to not be reassured that someone will be there??!! Like I have gas to continuously waste?! Do better! Or lose me as a client PERIOD!!
