I did not have a good experience at this office! The doctor thinks he knows more about your body than you do, which I think is absurd! And the front desk staff is horrible! And they don't allow children at the office with you which makes no sense at a baby delivery doctor's office!

Considering I came in as a new patient so I had no clue what to expect. But from the phone call to scheduling the appointment up to me checking out and scheduling my next appointment, was quite a pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and gentle with handling my patients. I didnt feel uncomfortable, which I normally do going to the doctors office, but I was very relaxed. NP Keys made it easy to open up and discuss my medical concerns with her. I look forward to my next visit with this amazing staff not to mention, I was in and out in an hour and a half. I love the efficiency. Thanks for a wonderful first time experience with you all.

This will be a long review so heads up. I was referred to Stephen Ehiremen and it was something I have regretted the most on my life. I became a patient in November 2018 while pregnant with my last child. My water broke very early in December so I was admitted to Baptist Womens East hospital. His high risk OB of choice tried to send me home while my water was broke. From what was told to me most women whom water break have their baby within days but I didnt because I was healthy and my baby was strong. My baby regenerated my water daily as I stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks. They saw a contraction and decided to do an emergency C-Section. Prior to this I begged him daily to bring my tube tying paperwork but he never did nor tried. Everyone knows you have to have paperwork with your OB and the hospital before it can be done. My water broke before the time frame to sign it like normal. He proceeded to place me on Nexpeon (may not be spelled correctly) but its a form of birth control. It was okay for the first 4 months but something changed. I had heavy bleeding, weight gain, stay on my cycle for 6 months at a time, gaining rashes due to bleeding for over 100 days at a time, depression, no Will to do anything to say the least. I asked admittedly to remove it between summer 2019 and November 2021. He told me I couldnt be in that much pain, I couldnt be bleeding that much and it doesnt make you gain weight. I had him remove it December 2021 and he was very upset. He accused me of trying to remove it my self, I dont own a scalpel nor numbing medication. He then asked me could he put another one in and I said no! When he removed it it was in over 10 pieces, if you have ever seen one you would know its very small. He called the administration to come in and speak with me. I wasnt given the option of a follow up nor any after care. I received a letter from his office that they were terminating services in January 2022 by March 2022. I started feeling better immediately after it was removed, I went on my weight loss journey August 2022 and lost 50 pounds quick but the pain came back and the bleeding. Here I am in 2024 with a tumor in my womanhood area and more. He never tried to check nor cared what I said was going on with me. When I tell my new physicians about his care they are disgusted. It took me awhile to write this because Im angry. It doesnt matter what color the doctor is because if they dont care to hear you they wont. I wouldnt send anyone to him. As a Black woman I have seen plenty documented cases where we were treated with the worst care and closed ear, you just never know when it will touch you and your family. I feel he stole 4 years from me and my family that I cant get back. My thinking was even compromised especially when your Iron level is a 9 due to loosing blood the way I have, it has taken me 2 months to get to 11 and thats mind blowing considering my new PCP wants me at 30-35. I have a long healing journey to go plus trying to remove the tumor. I pray for every patient he currently has to not go through what I went through.
