MY GRANDMOTHER ATTENDED HERE SHE LOVED HER EXPERIENCE I DID ALSO 10/10 I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANYBODY.

My Mom was at this facility 8 or 9 days, too long. They had her with a diaper on, which she didnt need!! They had her sitting in filth!! I always had to find someone to assist me!! The place was dirty, filthy, nasty. It smelled of urine. All this place was concerned about was that her insurance paid 100% for her 21 day stay!! When I took her out, thats when , Jason, the administrator, became concerned!! He is a total Idiot and only concerned about himself!! Since my Mom is home she is thriving and she has NEVER worn a diaper!!! This facility should be looked at SOON AND CLOSED BY THE STATE OF TENNESSEE!! Also some of my Moms clothes are missing!! This is just too much!!!

The 5 stars are for The therapy department and it is PHENOMENAL. I came here not being able to stand due to a stroke that affected my left side. When I say they worked me in the most caring and compassionate way possible. There were days I wanted to give up but Will and Gina were not having it. Thanks to them, Im standing and walking with assistance. We laughed, I cried and they still pushed me through. If your family member is in need of physical therapy and is willing to do the work, this is the team for them! To the Director of the Therapy dept Chandra(I hope Im spelling it correctly) Gina, Will, Tia, Jett, Shay, Jo, Ashley, Angela and its a couple more whose names slips my mind.. YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

Do not apply there. They will waist your time. Tells you that you got the job. Then waited 4 days and called and they told me they already field the position after they told me I had the job. They wonder why they have a high turn over rate.
