Marci was great to work with! Our realtor introduced us, and Im so glad she did because Marci and her team have been a real blessing to my family! Marci was able to get my husband and I (first time homebuyers) an $8000 grant through her banks program! We saved a ton of money on down payment and closing costs! One thing that is important to me is communication. I had such easy access to Marci through call, text, and email. Day or night! There were more than one occasion where Marci and I would be on a call at 9pm. I had so many questions and she was able to answer them all. By the end of the process I feel like Marci is more of a friend than just my lender. Shes phenomenal in the way she does business and shes well connected as well. Marci and her team were very responsive to all our questions and potential purchasing scenarios. We considered several different properties and she quickly turned around our closing estimates so we could negotiate effective contracts with sellers. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future.
