Sam was very upfront and honest about what could be done about a broken charging port and screen. He repaired the port so I could retrieve some info off the phone, minimizing my repair costs. There's a reason he's been around so long. A+

Another business we use recommended Phone Kings to repair my daughters Nintendo Switch. We went in and dropped it off with Sam. He called me less than two hours later to pick up! It was close to closing time when I returned, and he graciously waited for me to arrive so that I wouldnt have to wait until their next business day. First time customer and Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us options within my price range and was not pushy towards a more expensive device like most of my experience with other cell phone shops there was no pressure towards anything except for me leaving Phone Kings a satisfied customer. If you need anything related to Phones/ Tablets etc... Sam at Phone Kings is the only place to go :)
