I scheduled an iPhone repair yesterday for 6:00 pm. I get there and apparently "All Apple support staff leave everyday at 6 pm." -_-.... Okay, fine. So I rescheduled for 1:20 today. I get there early (1:16 pm), and it takes him over 15 minutes to find out how to get my phone into diagnostic mode (which he never succeeded at). Sadly, I have a tight schedule with my job, so I had to come drop my phone off on my lunch. I drove all the way from work for nothing, didn't even get to eat lunch.
I understand how these can be considered little inconveniences, however they're inconveniences which could have been avoided. Maybe more training is needed, but i know for sure communication between apple and geek squad teams needs work. Idk y'all... but it needs to be figured out.
I admit, I did lose my cool, which is inexcusable, so I'm regretful and apologetic for my behavior. It's just so disappointing how my time was wasted two days in a row. :(
