Lennys Grill & Subs

This Lenny's has gone down considerably. The dark skinned heavy set older woman that's always working the register is very rude and unkempt looking. Apparently the employees in the restaurant are related and the atmosphere is very chaotic. They argue back and forth cussing up a storm while you are placing your order. They make you feel very uncomfortable. I mean if a customer breath loud the son that work in the back is all up in their face like they own Lenny's.

I order from this location a lot but today Service was terrible from the front to the back. I placed an order online Upon arriving cashier was having a personal conversation. I waited until I was acknowledged was told my order would be ready in a min. Remind you I didnt enter into the business until after the time confirm through them online 15 mins after I arrived I received my food. Observe the cook touching his phone, nothing I asked to be on the sandwich was on the sandwich. They turn customers around saying they had no bread. Sandwich was terrible, waste of money. Apparently I got the strap bread & burnt meat over 13$ just to trash!!

I had made my order and the cashier had walk to the back and start cooking her sandwich on the grill....So as me being a customer I was think she was make my hot sandwich....She come out the back with a sandwich and seat down in the dining area and started to eating so I ask her where was my food at she told me that the cook was cut up the onion and I got to wait for him to finish so he can cook my sandwich and i was like what you just cook your sandwich after you took my order...So the lady behind the counter had start get a real nasty attitude with me...And make it so bad my sandwich had paper cooked inside of it that is very crazy to me
