I went to order the Grand Escape but instead of the potato, I wanted it on fries. Simple request so I thought. The cashier denied the order so I asked for a manager but why because he did not make it any better even when trying to add and take away things he made it seem that my request was complicated then made the statement that i was making my request difficult.
What is difficult about have the same ingredients that you have on the potato on fries. Fries comes from potatoes DUH.
I will not go back because if I pay my money make my order the way I want it.

Steak Escape is really a place you can escape to to enjoy some good steaks..
Like the title of the restaurant's name says..

First I wasn't asked if I wanted my receipt. Once I got it they charged me twice for one meal. I ordered a large meal but got meat for a small I would next ship here again. I wished I would have taken a picture

Food was great but the service was terrible in my first two times coming in a row. Cashier was rude and hard to understand. First time I went they forgot my fries, second time they gave me the wrong drink. Would probably eat at a different location again but not this one.
