So I have not eaten there in a while but my wife ate there a couple weeks ago and had a BLT. I used to love their rice dishes . I ordered a number 11 my wife ordered a 15 they put my cheese and bacon on my wifes number 15 which she doesnt like cheese And bacon so I called to see what they could do. They wanted me to bring the food back but I already had a glass of wine and I couldnt do that. I told the waitress I wanted to seven dollar credit she said they couldnt do that they wanted to refund the whole amount of money for my number 11. . And they said the special manager had to call although Jake shore was there who owns the place? I have known the man for a long time, but he doesnt really know me. I used to eat there when I worked downtown all the time they gave me about 1/4 to 1/3 of the portion I used to get when I ate there Along time ago, debra.the special manager called me and did say they would give me a refund and I told her not to worry about it that I would take care of it on social media and I would call American Express and complain. Also, I had a hard day at the office and just wanted some good food that I had eaten a long time ago this did not happen. I shouldve gone to the rendezvous because they always give me 100% and that was my first choice for supper but me and my wife change that. I am extremely disappointed and would give them a zero if I could. at first they want to get to give me a credit, but I aint eaten there again, So what good would a Credit do me if Im never gonna eat there again
