I gave this place a 5 star review 2 years ago, but tonight's experience with ordering pick up has definitely ruined it for me. I live over 20 minutes away from this location and wanted to pick some up since I was close to the area and heading home. I received my order as soon as I arrived and gave my name, but once I got home, my son's sushi order was not in the bag we received. After I called 4 times, with no answer, I was finally able to speak with someone who offered to remake the rolls or provide a credit. I assumed the credit would be issued back to the card I used, but she advised it would be a credit I could use on my next order or restaurant visit. I told her I don't eat there that often for a credit and I was nearly 20 minutes away. She then offered to provide an extra sushi roll for the inconvenience. I accepted the offer and we ended the call. A few minutes later, someone else calls me from the restaurant and said she couldn't offer the extra roll, they can only remake the ones that were missing or the provide the credit. I accepted the 2 rolls, because I was not going back there after this, but I don't feel this was comparable to the time and gas I wasted travelling home and back, twice, for an over priced rainbow roll and salmon avocado roll that didn't look worth the $22.50 I paid for it, on top of the rest of our food being cold by the time we made it home the second time. I will not be returning. 1st review from 2 years ago: We went to this place on a whim, and were pleasantly surprised! The food was so good! Everyone raved over how their dish tasted delicious, and everything was served hot and fresh! They also have 2 fish tanks, with beautiful fish. Great ambiance, and we will definitely be returning!

Mediocre. The hours of operation posted did not match the actual hours the restaurant observed. The floor was dirty and tables needed to be cleaned.

Always a great time mostly doing lunch. Don't know about dinner. But I would recommend it.
