The Porter Group have set the bar for the experience of both buying and selling a home. Jodie Bowden has been especially helpful! Why do I say they set the bar? They are not only well versed in the process, but have leveraged e-documentation more than other firms weve worked with: a separate team oversees the entire process from the first time realtor meets client all the way through close, to make it seamless and quick while neither being pushy or missing a step. All parties have more time to focus on making the deal right. TPG also has different agents for the buyer and seller sides of the sale process, allowing all parties focused representation.

Terri and her team provided an exceptional selling experience for us. They started consulting with us about 6 months prior to our home going to the market for sale. Once the home went on the market, they constantly communicated to us about outcomes of the showings we did, potential buyers we may have, how to adjust our strategies to increase the likelihood of selling at the price and time we wanted, and all in all, guided us all the way to closing the home. We would highly recommend Terri and her team if you want to buy/sell home in the Memphis area.

Scott Perryman is the consummate professional. He had the perfect balance between care/consideration for you as the buyer and knowledge/assertiveness to navigate the market conditions in order to best position you to get into your dream home or your next home, and anything in between. Julia also was great to work with- shes ab excellent communicator and provides thorough and clear instructions and next steps whether youre a first time homebuyer or a seasoned vet. This team is organized and professional and people oriented. I recommend them to anyone.
