        So I call to schedule an appointment as a new patient and I was told they only do walk-ins and it's not a guarantee that you will be seen. What kinda of mess is that?? I'm coming to see a doctor not think/maybe I will see a doctor, if that's the case I can go to the ER and I know I will see a doctor then... Make it make sense!
