Terrible service. Ultrasound tech and receptionist were sweet. The call center tells unreliable information about hours, service, etc. NP that I saw was very nasty and unprofessional. Then when the manager called me to ask about the situation, his focus was my issue with the call center. Not with the practitioner that gave terrible care. He ended with well that practitioner is very sweet, she just was probably having a bad day. Even if she was, there could have been a better response. People are coming there sick and need help, we dont need providers taking their bad day out on us. 0/10. It could be a great place, just different leaders.

It seems like a nice place, and the staff I interacted with were professional and courteous. But I never got the chance to be seen! After three cancellations, I'm left wondering what in the heck is wrong with the doctor. Every time, the reason given was "the doctor is not seeing patients at that time". Lol! Surely they might have known that when the appointments were set, right? The doctor doesn't see patients at 3pm, 1pm, or 7am, so when are patients seen? Is the doctor depressed? Does the doctor need medical assistance and cannot be seen due to rescheduled appointments? Are they bored and want to go home to play video games? Whatever, I'll try my luck somewhere else. At the very least, I've been given a fun little diatribe to share with my friends. Good luck getting seen everyone!

Very sweet, intelligent, professional people ! Everyone's so beautiful and nice ! What a fantastic location on Cleveland Street. Way 2 go !

Nastassia is the best! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. She's thorough, giving, thoughtful, and has a sensational sense of humor. I left laughing with tears. She deserves a raise. Thanks and nice meeting you Nastassia.
