jesus. came here for 5th floor neurology, it was a total shambles from beginning to end. resident vehemently disagreed with every finding made by a prior physical therapist, did an exam, made findings *out loud* that I was hypermobile, muscle weakness, had total muscle loss underneath my arms (all the things prior doctors said), consulted with their attending, and came back saying they couldn't do anything, even though these are very common sequelae of neurological damage from COVID, findings that had been made several times by several prior doctors and that are usually well-known as sequelae among doctors.

The obgyn department on 3rd floor, my experience there was a 2/5 heres my reason why. -waiting room staff were decent. - my obgyn doctor that checked my baby heartbeat was SUPER SWEET and answered every question I had very truthfully and sincerely. Made me very comfortable to be there. 10/10 service. Now heres when it gets crazy. My first visit here was definitely an unexpected experience. 1/5 1. The process of knowing how far along you are with the pregnancy was up to ME to remember when my last period was. I couldnt even remember when my last period was. I didnt know I was even pregnant. So Im thinking the obgyn would check things like that. They didnt. No ultrasound or anything because its two different departments which was Ridiculous cause what was the point in going to the check up if youre not checking for the baby well being but just a heartbeat? I wanted to be able to see my baby and possibly the gender. 2. The nurses in the Lab. 0/5 They felt as if the patients were annoying to them. One of the nurses complained about one of the patients when she left out and stated that doing her bloodwork was stressful because she had a weird laugh.. like huh? And when I got my blood work done just to see the gender of my baby she said youre done, you can leave now maam in a very rude tone like I was supposed to know I was finished or something. It was very unsettling behavior coming from NURSES that CHOSE that field of work. Overall, my first time experience here couldve been better if they actually wanted to do their job with checking for the baby. I definitely wish I didnt waste my time here.

The nurses and front desk staff were very nice, thats really the only good thing I have to say. We arrived at 9am for my husbands surgery and did not leave until after 6pm. I was left alone in the waiting room as my husband was the last patient. They locked the doors and didnt even acknowledge me. Luckily when the nurse came to get my husbands clothes she was able to find someone who had a voucher for the valet, as I did not have any cash on me. Then when I went to get my car from the valet to meet my husband in recovery, the valet was no where to be found. I had to get security to call the bus driver who apparently had my keys. I was told I could see my husband while he was in recovery, but due to him being the last patient they moved him to the other side of the hospital and told me to just wait until they called to say he was ready. Mind you his surgery was done by 3ish in the afternoon but they did not let me pick him up until after 6pm. It all seemed incredibly disorganized, it was an incredibly draining and stressful experience.

This place is horrible! Don't get me started with the third floor obgyn office! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses including the doctors are unprofessional! Do better!!! I wish I could give zero stars.
