Jim came out to my house and installed a rusted gas line with no shut off valve, flex pipe with no valves and frame a half wall that was not secure and told me and my husband that once drywall get installed it will be secure.Jennifer is very unprofessional never call back Jim is not a top notch plumber hes unprofessional I call to report this company to the city since they want to play and not do their job correctly what they get paid for. Stay away from this plumber company they do very poor work and dont like to finish their job but charging top price.

We have had several issues in the past years dealing with just poor unprofessional contractors/workers,we located this company and the owner name is Jim,all I can say is AWESOME,great job from beginning until the end of the job,the young lady Ms.Jennifer in customer service was excellent very professional when it came to the knowledge of the business and what was needed and the best prices,my water heater was replaced,Mr.Jim employees were excellent with correcting other issues that past contractors messed up,I recommend this company,they are fast,reliable,stand behind their products,I have nothing (-) to say about this company,I will be utilizing their services for several other jobs also

Does not answer phone, does not call back. Skipps appointments with no call, not motivated to work, does not care that you don't have AC in this heat.
