I saw one of your employees getting out of his vehicle with plumes of cannabis smoke that I could smell as he walked into the hospital. This employee then proceeded to meet with my staff about a surgery that involved one of your products. As a healthcare professional, I am deeply concerned about the behavior of this employee. The use of cannabis is illegal in most states and is not in line with the values and standards of the healthcare industry. It is also concerning that this employee was meeting with my staff about a surgery, as this behavior could potentially compromise patient safety. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. I believe that it is important for Smith and Nephew to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.
