Came into their business discussed item I wanted to have made we discussed around $100 but if it goes to 150 Im OK wasnt in a hurry he said maybe a couple of weeks after calling six weeks later they call me tell me they have it made its $300 if you pay cash if you pay any other way its 10% more plus sales tax I think its illegal whether I paid cash or how I pay Im supposed to pay the sales tax according to the Tennessee revenue people no good

I really hate to do this but we ordered a counter top from this place and not only did it take MUCH longer than the original quote, they just HANDED us the plywood to mount the counter top ourselves (my husband and I have full time jobs--this side business is a SIDE BUSINESS so how are we supposed to know how to do counter tops--I thought that was why we paid this exorbitant amount of money for this counter top but maybe I'm wrong).  Yet another disappointment in this venture of ours--words of wisdom to anyone attempting to open a business in the Memphis area--BECOME A MASTER OF EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF CONSTRUCTION, BUSINESS OWNERSHIP, TAX LAW, ETC.! YOU WILL NEED IT!
