Victoria's Secret & PINK

I am giving one star not due to the store itself but the staff that turned me away BEFORE closing time! I told them I just drove over 45 mins to purchase something specific. Would have taken less than 5 mins. Online says the store closes at 9pm so I called beforehand just to double check and Im glad I did bc their google times are incorrect. I walked into the store at 7:39pm and called them back to speak to the manager at 7:44. Per the lady on the phone (who btw wouldnt tell me an exact closing time) said it was the manager who was turning me away prematurely! This was very unprofessional and rude of them to do.

I am not happy with one of the associate she have smart mouth..I was being nice asking for the price and she response with attitude..I work in retail as well but I dont treat our customer like her..mall restroom cleaner is more pleasant than her

I love this mall I get great items and exercise this is my favorite mall every store I go in in that mall I love and will recommend everyone
