        I have had Herbi-systems for several years and they have done a great job. The last two years, my Poa Annua has been spreading in my lawn. I started reporting it when it first appeared and they started treating it; it never died. This year, it is already appearing green in my lawn and is spreading. February 26 I sent an email to their office regarding this issue. No response. February 28 I called the office and the person found my email and said she would have someone call me. No response. It is March 1 and I still have not received a response. Not sure I made the right decision this year to pay for the entire year.

        Andrew Cupples did an amazing job on our lawn treatment and our tree & shrub treatment. He did more in 2 visits than our previous lawn care company did in 5 years. We are really, really happy and excited that we are finally getting great service. Things are looking so much better already and will only get better and better. Thank you herbi-systems.
