They give quality service at fair prices, there are a couple of companies in Memphis using this company name (One of them is Brothers Landscaping), and they are giving bad service causing this company to get bad reviews and reputation, it has happened a few times already, be careful this is the official BROTHERS LANDSCAPE LLC. Before you write a bad review make sure it is the right company!

Received a quote for $650 to remove leaves from my front side yard and backyard. It seemed pretty high but the last person didn't follow through that quoted me only $350 and I needed the job done, so I called and texted to see when they could come out and I never received a text back or return phone call.

I hired Brothers to do a spring yard cleanup (leaves, limbs, etc) after losing my longtime yard person. Over the phone they quoted $175, but after services were completed, I received a bill for $375. I spoke with Tiana, who assured me I had the wrong amount, that the quote was $375 - fair enough, and I gladly paid the bill as I think they did a great job. At that time (March '23), I asked if they could start taking care of my lawn on a regular basis/ every 2 weeks or as needed - they assured me they could. They said they would start in mid April or early May. It is now May 23rd - I have never had a call from them to let me know what is going on - When I reach out, I get cryptic "I'm speaking with the owner now" but no real communications, and every date I have been given is a no-show. Now I have an extremely high yard, and am trying to get another service to take care of it. While it seems that Brothers does good work when they show up, their customer service is terrible, communications non-existent, and not dependable. Service: Lawn care

This is how you know that you are dealing with a quality company: I had had a miserable day at work. We have all had them. You ask yourself if it can get worse and it does. When I got home, I looked at the work, and they did everything we contracted for, and It looked good. I had a pounding headache. I called the owner to pay the balance. When he arrived, I suppose I sounded less than pleased because he kept asking me if I was happy with the work and that if I wasn't that they would make it right. I explained to him about the day I had had, and that everything was good. People, how many times have you had a company ask you over and over again if you were pleased with the work because they sincerely wanted everything to be right!
