We hired that to do a drainage job in the front of our house and the back. Had communication problems but they finally responded and did the work out front. At that point I got calls and a bill. I paid them and they promised to come back to do the work in back. Multiple calls and emails later we have never heard from them again. They are not responsible, avoid them.

Will never answer or return calls. Once you finally get someone to answer the phone they will take all your information, set up a time and date to come by, then never show up. We did not even receive a call letting us know they werent coming and they did not answer our calls wondering where they were.

I have reached out three times to get an estimate to fix a major drainage issue, but they apparently don't need my money because they don't return calls or emails. Their competitors do, though.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Memphis Landscape did our sod for our yard, and unlike other companies, they were quick to get our project done, could also provide the fungicide application that was needed, and the sod looked PERFECT! They evened the ground and the sod looked like perfect grass after instead of lumpy chunks. Memphis Landscape had a better price and quality of service compared to other companies we looked at. We will definitly be hiring again for other outdoor projects in the future!

Called for an appointment for an estimate. Showed up and discussed what I wanted done, retaining wall concrete a pretty large project. A month goes by, no response no email no estimate. I call the company and leave a message. Still no response. I called once a week for 3 weeks, and still have yet to receive even an email to say hey we are working on it. Very poor customer service, no consideration for customer needs. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Maybe if you just want your grass cut or some mulch, but if you have a larger job call someone else.
