Four Points by Sheraton Memphis East

Smells like must and mold. Staff was particularly unfriendly. Not clean. Bathroom is so small that it is more like a closet. And, here is the pool....

Based on the reviews I wasn't excited about staying at Four Points. The location is busy and right off a main street and hwy. Tight parking lot,the rooms were clean but the bathroom doors probably should be sliding doors due to space. The front desk people were nice and accommodating. Keep the security going, the tv remotes need to be cleaned as well. I didn't eat there and the coffee in the lobby seemed to be only changed once a day,so I didn't have that. Is it worth anything over $126.00 a night absolutely not but overall decent experience.

The upkeep of the hotel was very good. The house keeping supervisor and Janice from front desk made our stay a wonder experience. Janice made it her priority to ensure that we knew where the best places were to eat and take our kids. I know management is seeing this. My opinion may not matter much but Ill bring it to your attention anyway. Those ladies need pay raises and promotions! Great hotel & Great stay overall

("Use caution") when approaching the four points Hotel, Turn your signal on at least 1/10 of a mile back, and be the farr left lane At least a half mile before the hotel. On your approach you'll be crossing over and overpass and soon as you are clear the overpassthe left hand on-ramp will be coming on and immediately after that left on you'll need to make a left hand turn into the park and lot, You will only have Two car lengths to slow down to parking lot crawl before you go in the the parking lot. Great hotel, Excellent staff. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is where it Was built. In between and 8 lane freeway. But with that being said it also provides excellent security because there's only one way in and one way out. Safety: Use extreme caution what entry the parking lot. Coming from a four lane freeway into the parking lot in two car lengths.
