Guest House at Graceland

Graceland was a bucket list for me and after staying at this hotel it truly made the experience something I'll never forget. Friendly staff, very clean, entertaining, attentive. Would 100% stay again!

Upon arrival after a 6+ hour drive with horrendous traffic we were shown to a room that was never touched by housekeeping. Used towels on the floor. Coffee in cups. Unmade bed. Food on the floor. The room they then gave us instead was a downgrade to queen beds instead of king. And all they were going to do to make it right was a $25 voucher for the breakfast buffet. On the day of checkout they sent me an email requesting our checkout time and I said 11am. At 10am we returned to our room to find housekeeping in it taking our things despite the email and a do not disturb sign on the door. What was the point of the email if its obviously ignored? Housekeeping at this supposedly 4 star hotel is a joke. Would never stay here again or recommend even if someone wanted to stay close to Graceland. I travel for a living and have never had such a poor hotel experience. Rooms: A joke. In addition to my review above the shower was cold. The towels were folded in such a way that indicated housekeeping didnt care at all about their job. They dont provide shower gel but dont worry you can buy it in the gift shop. Walkability: Walkable to Graceland. Terrible side walks.

My daughter and myself stayed at the guest house at graceland. We loved it . The hotel was clean food was great. Hospitality was amazing with the shuttle bus running to and from the airport and Graceland every half hour. Although Graceland is walking distance. The people are super polite and well mannered Loved this place

Overall a good comfortable 4 star hotel in walking distance from Graceland. Modern facilities but a few slight inconveniences like a weak fridge and $6 water bottles in the room. The staff had to deal with lots of people due to the 2024 total solar eclipse in the region so some issues are perfectly understandable. Definitely recommended for visiting Graceland!

Gotta give this place 5 stars. Zero issues in the night we stayed. Well kept property. Friendly people. Multiple bars. Good food. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great. Room was perfect with a great bathroom. Bed and sheets extremely comfortable. Security vehicle on property in the parking lot 24/7.
