        All the years of going to hair schools for service this is definitely the worst. Young lady didn't get the perm out and I had to tell her myself . And after so called completion the perm wasn't worked in . Totally disappointed .Extremely noisy atmosphere .Bathroom nasty ! I'm not sure who the person in charge the state need to review this location as a surprise . This is the worse !!! My roller set looks horrible !! I really should of did it myself .

        I am so impressed with my services today at Paul Mitchell. Keyshawn was absolutely wonderful. I thought I was coming just to get my hair washed but I received a full lesson on how to maintain my sew in. The tips and tricks I received were priceless. I am so excited. Thank you Keyshawn you ate fantastic!

        I had an amazing hairstylist Maddy!! Wash comes with every service. I went for a blow out and style. She trimmed my ends. The vibes were great. She didnt take too long & Im super satisfied with the outcome. I will be returning, Thanks Maddy!!!!!!!

      Hi Rebecca.We are sorry you were unsatisfied with your final result. Our service desk team did offer to remedy your service with our 7-day refinement policy before you left our facility and it was declined. Saturdays are our busiest day in our clinic classroom which is why it was particularly noisy. Our focus is being able to allow our students to practice and learn with live guests to help build their skillset. Thank you for being a part of the learning process and wish you luck with other hair care options in the future. Please be advised, we welcome visits at any time from any of our governing agencies.
