        I dont normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to. Crunch is a very deceitful gym. I originally spoke to a woman to start with a basic membership plan. The woman (without my knowledge) decided to upgrade my plan and charge me 32 dollars extra a month without my consent. When I try to speak with senior management, Im told that theres nothing they can do and I have memory loss or cant recall upgrading. Im beyond livid, and the customer service to help me resolve the issue was rude and disrespectful. I work in customer service, and I try to be understanding. However this encounter was disrespectful. Update: They will literally keep charging after they said the canceled the account. Im truly fed up with this business. Just know they will continue to scam you after you try to be civil.
