This place is AWESOME! EXTREMELY clean and professional but still personable. All ages/sizes welcome! The trainers are the best I've ever experienced, so attentive. Classes are just the right size! It's truly like having your own personal trainer! I've definitely improved my fitness and reduced my asthma symptoms which I didn't expect. Give them a trial run! You won't regret it!

I joined F45 Wolfchase in Oct 2020. I had never done anything like this before. I began to love this place & the people. Its like I couldnt get enough. Ive been in & out over periods of time, and wondered should I just go somewhere else. I just couldnt do itI love the friends Ive made. They have some of the Best Trainers, and the owner/trainer/nutritionist, Vanessa is great!! She has so much knowledge to offer you. I go to the 5AM class, and we have the best time. You are not judged on what you can & can not do. You can modify where you need to. We encourage one another, motivate each other, and some of us get a few dance moves into our workout too Seriously, come try this place out. You will be glad you did. You will love it!!

F45 Training Wolfchase is a great place to work out! The trainers and very encouraging and motivating. They pay attention to form to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly and are quick to offer modifications if you need one. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. You will soon feel like family and won't regret spending time here!
