This location is coarse and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a washer and dryer delivered on Saturday at 11 am. The first delivery. I called around noon to see if the driver was on the way and was told someone would arrive between 2-3 pm. No show. I called again and spoke with the manager and was told he was on his way back to the show and my way. No show. I called again and he's response was we called you and you didn't answer the phone and we're having an issue with the driver and I will call you on Monday. I said no Monday morning. No, I'll tell you what, I'll refund your money..then his employee, who I wasn't talking to, asked what I didn't understand. Hes giving me a refund, or he will call me on Monday... I think I was given the runaround and believe the driver never showed up. There was no consideration for wasting my time... I will be calling their corporate office first thing Monday morning. It
