No sign posted that Drive thru was closed for repair.. the line inside was super long.. one register was in operation.. chicken was not fresh.. and they forgot my spoon for my mashed potatoes..

I went to the Popeyes on Winchester Road and ordered the shrimps and fries, I looked in the box and all I saw was over cooked shrimps and crumbs. I'm not going back there no time soon . This restaurant normally has great service they have really fell off . I'm not even hungry no more

This Location Is A Mess It is in my most humble opinion as a valued customer. That you either A) provide a salary increase for employees at this location to inspire more individuals to pursue a career here. B) open a separate location right next to this one. It is a shame how cars obstruct traffic sitting in the drive threw of this location due to its undermanaged under preformed, staff. Speaking on staff if this place had more man power this location could potentially see a spike in profits over a 5 years period. If the drive threw line stretches from the lot to Kirby street, and they have to lock the doors to keep customers at bay due to over capacity inside it seems to me like this location makes a more than a couple pennies

I had a problem with my meal took it back the next day to the day shift manager Miss Renee or ranita I might have the name wrong but I know it start with a r LOL she was much more professional than the ghetto night shift crew and manager... Thank you
