Why do I even need to provide a star to any business when they don't deserve it at all!! I had to come back and delete my previous review as well as remove ALL stars that were previously given. I want to provide an update about this facility! Last year, I came in for a regular check up. CNA asked if I wanted STD testing with my lab work. I told her no, that I trust my husband of 8 year and counting, and last time I was cleared! What happened? It was tested for STD anyway AFTER I declined!! I let it go because it's good to "check" I guess. (eye roll) What gets me, is the major attitudes when you call to schedule a yearly check up...I don't deal with it from my own kids, and I damn sure won't deal with it from ANYONE else. Strike one was when the facility closed down a few years ago, strike 2 was when my DNA was tested against my saying, and strike 3 this now the attitudes!! Otylia, YOU'RE FIRED!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I was referred here last year. I went for a well woman exam, but they only did bloodwork no pap. I didnt feel welcomed at all. Then I had to pay $60 for them to tell me my results over the phone. I tried my luck again this year after unsuccessfully finding a new PCP. The lady who made the appointment told me that I had to be specific when letting them know what all I wanted done. Cool, I did that. Left work early today to make it to my appointment only to be told when I got there that the pap machine had just broken. Never heard of this machine before today. No call, text, or anything. I would only be able to get STD testing and would have to reschedule the pap or I could reschedule everything. I just left. I really do not like this facility at all!!!

The doctor and staff were very friendly and had great customer service. This place is clean and smelled great. There's a pleasant ambience while you're being seen.

Dr. Porter, Office Manager Tomika and Brian as well as the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!! They really help the patients and not a long waitPRICELESS!!!
